Jody Martins

▪ Jody is a Cricket South Africa Level 3 cricket coach, ACMC certified Mental Performance Coach and former National Coach Developer for Cricket South Africa.

▪ He has coached cricket for more than 25 years and has worked with cricketers between the ages of 5 all the way up to international level.

▪ His standout cricket coaching students include Joshua Richards coached from the age of 7, now plays first class cricket. Matthew and Joshua Tromp coached from the age of 7 who both represent Major League teams in the USA.

▪ On the Mental Performance front Jody has worked with Temba Bavuma (South African Test and ODI captain), Wihan Lubbe (South Africa & Jozi Super Kings) and Yaseen Valli (SAU19 and First Class cricketer).

▪ Jody’s unique approach to coaching cricketers focuses on developing cricketers with sound fundamentals that allow them to play and excel in all formats of the game and to grow the mindset and attitudes that drive high performance.
